To have one on one assistance with one of our tile designers, simply reach out to us through our Book A Consultation link. Your dedicated designer will assist you in scheduling a convenient appointment time based on your availability. During the consultation, we will collaborate with you to understand your vision, preferences, and project requirements, offering expert guidance and personalized recommendations to bring your tile selection and design ideas to life.
Step 2: Get Ready
To ensure a seamless consultation experience, here's a checklist of items to bring along. Rest assured, if you're missing anything, we're more than happy to assist you from the beginning!

Inspiration: Bring any images, magazine clippings, or Pinterest boards that inspire your tile design vision.

Measurements: Provide measurements, preferably from your installer, or blueprints of the space where the tile will be installed. This helps us get a better grasp of the scope and ties into your overall budget.

Step 3: We Meet
During your consultation, we'll embark on a collaborative journey to bring your tile project to life. We'll start by discussing all the intricate details of your project, from the scope and timeline to your specific preferences and requirements. We'll take the time to understand your vision, looking at any inspiration you've brought along and delving into the finer details of your design aesthetic. Our experienced team will guide you through a tailored selection process, showcasing a wide array of materials and designs while providing valuable insights and education along the way. Our goal is to ensure that every decision aligns perfectly with your vision and results in a stunning outcome that exceeds your expectations.
Step 4: Order Placement
Leading up to the ordering process, once measurements are confirmed by your installer or project manager, we meticulously compile a comprehensive quote tailored to your specifications. We leave no stone unturned as we review every nook and cranny of your space, ensuring that all details and options are accounted for.
Once the order is placed, it typically takes around 2-3 weeks for us to receive all the materials. However, if there are any longer-than-usual lead times, we'll promptly inform you. Upon arrival, your materials are safely stored in our warehouse facility until everything is ready for pickup.
Once all items are in stock, we notify you and/or your installer, ensuring a seamless transition for pickup or delivery. Feel free to inquire about our delivery options to further streamline the process and make your tile project journey as smooth as possible!
